About the Guides

Each book in my study guide series introduces beginning philosophy and political science students to critical thinking and philosophical method, as well as provides an understanding of the main ideas and theories of each philosopher. The books do this by providing clear descriptions of the contents of each chapter, together with detailed construction and examination of the most important arguments. Each book is a companion to the original classic book. Students can keep the guide readily at hand for consultation while reading and thinking about the ideas and theories under discussion.

And before I forget it, all the study guides are sold on Amazon.com, the world's largest book store. Go to the next section of this website (Shop on Amazon.com), find the book you want and click on the blue box that says "Purchase on Amazon". This will take you to the page where you can buy either the paperback or the eBook version of the study guide. Trust me, this is a much better way to purchase a book than having me sell it to you from this site.
